Creating something beautiful and delicious from raw ingredients is a fascination and love of mine. When my oldest child had her first birthday I wanted to make a birthday cake. It was bad, but I couldn't let it end there.

With each family event, I tried again, getting a little better each time. In 2020 I decided to start offering custom cakes to my friends and it evolved from there.
